The buffet breakfast was excellent. We stayed there for 5 nights, and every morning, it was possible to have a different choice of foods. A custom-made omelette was available on request with no additional charge. During the weekend, a glass of sekt/prosecco was also availabe for free. The breakfast restaurant was spacious enough, and there were three coffee machines to serve the customers, preventing excessive waiting. - There was a daily option not to have room service which was indicated with a badge on the door by the customer. As a reward, a complimentary beer or a glass of wine was offered in the lobby bar. - The location was excellent, next to KaDeWe department store and at a walking distance from the Zoo and Wittemberg Platz stations. We stayed in this hotel for the second time.

Hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping! Very close to all train lines and perfectly fine to walk places. Very close to Berlin Zoo which was a great day out. Lots of places to eat within a few minutes walking. Swimming pool was a nice added bonus can get busy as small but on the odd occasion you might get it to yourself as we did, very nice to use after a day in the city. Rewards to not cleaning your room each day was welcomed by all! Drinks in the bar each day for free such a great idea. Rooms have a small fridge which was great, staff all friendly. Breakfast very good. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Berlin.

A great stay! Hotel is excellently located in West Berlin, around the corner of Ku'damm. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Checkin/checkout was fast. Plenty of elevators, no waiting time. Rooms are very clean. Nice details, e.g. ironing board, complementary water/drinks. Beds are comfortable and room is silent. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, incl. fresh and healthy options. Breakfast is also served in the garden. Airconditioning had sufficient capacity. Wifi is fast and stable. Lobby is spacious. Hotel bar is good, with nice staff and good choice of drinks.

The location is superb, making it really convenient to get around. The breakfast area was great – very spacious and cleverly split into two sections offering the same variety, which really helped avoid queues. The food selection was also excellent. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds, and despite being right in the centre, I wasn’t disturbed by any outside noise at all.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with many stores, restaurants and transportation options nearby. I requested a room with a street view, and I was given one. The continental buffet breakfast was something my partner and I looked forward to each morning (we booked with breakfast, which was worth it). We also appreciated the late checkout time of noon, which was a nice change compared to most hotels that require checkout by 10 or 11 a.m. The hotel is 5 minute from the Berlin Zoo and 35-55 minute walk to the Berlin Gate. The hotel itself is modern, well light and have great helpful staffs.

Crowne Plaza Berlin City is located in city center of Berlin. The central location is convenient and perfect for the main purpose of our trip to do sightseeing, visit museums, have great food and do some shopping. Kurfürstendamm including KaDeWe is just around the corner. Nearby you will find numerous restaurants, coffee bars and cafés as well. Public transport connections to other parts of Berlin are easy via multiple options of U-bahn, S-bahn and DB train station just around the corner enabling us to explore the rest of the city. We stayed in a Standard room on the back of the building (without noise from outside), which was spacious, clean with comfy beds and furnished in a modern contemporary style. The complimentary welcome cookies in the room and drinks in the bar as IHG member were appreciated. We did not book breakfast so no comments on that. Lastly, we have to mention that each single staff member was really helpful and welcoming.
