The location was perfect!! The area is very pretty!! The hotel experience was excellent!! Hotel - Friendly and helpful staff - Well-equipped hotel room (little fridge/min bar - iron+ironingboard - safe - kettle - tea+coffee pads - spoons) - Ice machine + vending machine - Lobby bar - Nice lounge-style sofa - The airconditioning was top notch - and was a lifesaver during the heat wave on those days (30°C+) Area + transportation - Close to metro station Wittenbergplatz (U Bahn) + Berlin Zoologischer Garten station (U + S bahn etc.) - Close to bus stop Bayreutherstrasse Bus 100 (passes Schloss Bellevue - Platz der Republik - Reichstag/Bundestag - Brandenburg Tor) - A 4-minute walk to Berlin Zoological Garden - Lots of shops (clothing - drugstore - shoes - KADEWE) - Cafés - Restaurants nearby Overall experience We arrived very late (00:45) and took the U Bahn from the airport to the metro station Wittenbergplatz. From there we walked with our suitcases to the hotel. There were still some people outside and the atmosphere was very chill. We didn't feel unsafe. We even managed to get some stuff from the 24hr store on our way to the hotel, which was very nice. The area is very beautiful and well-kept! This area is very lively and fun to walk around. So we highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay there again! 👌😃

The breakfast was very extensive in terms of different foods available. It was even possible to have an omelette made by a chef. During the four days, it was possible to have a different breakfast every morning. - The location was very central, perhaps 700 m walk from the Zoologische Garten train station (which has direct trains to the airport) and next to the KaDeWe department store. - The room was good and there was a sufficient number of pillows. The safe was easy to use, which is not the case in all hotels.

Perfect location for a stay in this part of Berlin. U Bahn and S-train near by. Walking distance to the streets around Kurfürstendamm. Easy parking. Nice bar with drinks and snacks/ food. Breakfast is over the top, service really good. The beds are really good, and pillow menu is a good service. Nice with refrigerator in the room. Ok fitness room. Although it is close to Kurfürstendamm it is quiet and not much noise from the streets. We will definitely be back

Location of the hotel is perfect, ccca 30 min to Alexandar Platz and till there with a bus and on the way you can jump of the bus and visit some atractions. I advise to buy 48h transport ticket. Shopping street very near with famous brands and shops work mostly till 20h even on Saturday. On Sunday all is closed, except few caffe bars. Breakfast was good, even though quite busy around 9h, a bit too crowded. Pool was nice, not so big but possible to swim - take your swimwear, it is a pity not to use it. And pool area was not so crowded even though hotel was fully booked. Luggage room - you can use it and leave the bags after checking out which is great.

The property is located perfectly , next to the Zoo and Tiergarten , you can rent bikes and be at Brandenburg Gate at no time. the room was very clean and modern, with everything you might need during your stay.

The hotel room and breakfast were excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main transportation Bus 100 that runs along the main Berlin attractions amd is within a few minutes walking distance of the Hotel. The room was very good, with nice bed mattress and accommodating cleaning staff. The room was also silent . The breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely attentive and efficient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were no nonsense about everything. The location was great and allowed us a way to walk to many of the sights we wanted to see.

Nice big room with tea/coffee making facilities and a little fridge. Breakfast was excellent - there was a great range of different types of food and what a treat it was to have an omelette freshly made to order. The staff in the breakfast room were very polite, friendly and helpful and kept everything tidy and well stocked. And the staff in the reception area were friendly and helpful with questions too. Good location as well, within a short walk of Zoo Station.
